First projector. Argentina, South America. Can you help me out?

I'm about to buy a projector for the first time, and after reading recommendations here, I decided not to buy a cheap new one, but rather a used one from a well-known brand. I found an Optoma H20/27 (I'm not really sure which) with 811 hours of use. They're asking about 270,000 pesos (roughly 180-200 dollars, maybe I can haggle). Do you know this model? Is it a good choice? What features should I check before making a decision?
I've been looking for a Happrun H1, which gets recommended a lot, but here it's practically unavailable... only the newer Happrun models are around, and they're way out of my budget.
Other models I've seen are:
SONY VPL-DX100
SANYO PLC-XW55
EPSON POWERLITE 740hd
EPSON POWERLITE W04+
The last two are almost twice the price of the Optoma, while the Sony and the Sanyo are in a similar range.
