Found our first swallowtail cat of the season on our carrot greens. Somehow he has been hidden up until today, even though I’ve been searching my plants every night. He’s about 1 1/4 inch long. How close do you think he is to making a chrysalis?
Currently on team Movewell and I’m loving it! But I am finding it a little easier than I expected even when I up my weights. There is so many teams to choose from and I find it a little confusing finding one that fits my needs. I’ve taken the online quizzes and I get multiple options every time.

-Dumbells, resistance bands and ankle weights are my only equipment
-at home workouts
-I do enjoy enjoy weight training but it’s not a must
I’m looking to loose weight and gain strength. I would still consider myself a beginner after not working out for the last 5 years .
