I only planned and bought FF tickets ahead of time, last year. I was bored in Wisconsin day after FF, found a 4-day GA band for $250 and here I am still, at Roo. What are the odds of me finding something similar for EF and sending it from here in a few days?

No, I did not go home between FF and Roo, lol. It is my first Roo and it would be my first EF, hypothetically speaking. It was my first FF as well, for what it is worth. Just 2nd year for that festival.
