Having some issues with 0.2mm printing

So, the HueForge of the space marine used this same filament. It printed okay, but I thought the finer details could be better, so I switched from Classic to Arachne wall generator and then the second image happened. These were just supposed to be color fills, but they came out like this... kinda pockmarked? The black layers before it printed really smooth, so I'm not sure what happened. The 2 prints were only a few days apart (Space Marine vs failed print).
There's another print that I did between these 2 (you can find it in the album). I noticed details were bad there too, using Classic wall generator. That's what really got me thinking maybe the filament was too wet, because it printed fine then got worse.
I have put the roll to dry, so if that's the issue it should be resolved by this evening. Do you guys have any suggestions? Should I change Arachne settings?
