I’m looking for testers for Fundeep, a web-based platform for startups and investors to manage fundraising and investment workflows in one place.
Important note: this is not a Google Play closed test. It is a web beta test.
Fundeep helps startups organize:
- investor outreach
- pitch materials
- funding details
- valuation reports
- cap table data
- investor documents / data room
- fundraising progress
For investors, it helps with:
- startup discovery
- deal flow tracking
- startup evaluation notes
- portfolio / fund overview
- data room access requests
What I need feedback on:

Disclosure: I’m building a product in the fundraising / investment workflow space, so I’m trying to understand the problem better before making assumptions.
I’m curious how fintech founders and early-stage investors currently manage the fundraising and deal evaluation process.
From what I’ve seen, the workflow often gets scattered across:
