I had a flight from Belfast to Krakow on Monday that was delayed for 8 hours but they have said I'm not entitled to any compensation due to ground handling damage to the aircraft. Is this just a kop tutor is there any better way to try and claim?

Was supposed to be flying to Krakow in the next half an hour but the flights been delayed until near 2 FFS! Is there anywhere more depressing to be stranded than Belfast international
