APM mix ups
Does anyone always struggle with APM stuff ups. I have a worker yesterday told me and my friend/support person I'm no longer with them. Went into centrelink to ask and they confirmed I am still with APM. Why dont centrelink and APM communicate to each other.
It was weeks ago when I got switched to inclusive employment Des which is under APM. I usually get scheduled for appointment times I don't choose. I had to cancel a friday appointment and push it to Monday. I went in on Thursday. When I've been on placement, I go to call them when that worker is away she doesnt tell me who to ring or that she is away. She has made my payments nearly suspended. I started talking to another worker instead of her. I once cancelled an appointment letting them know early I had a shift. I only work one day a week or twice cause my casual job has too many workers and I can't travel out too many shifts without a car.
I don't earn thar much, but centrelink has still dropped my payments down.
Anyone else had issues with APM and their terrible communication. It should be like a doctors appointment where you can click yes or no for appointments.
I said before they booked the friday in, that im not sure I can do the friday it gets booked in. Luckily I could change it to the monday.
