TDCX CEBU

TDCX Cebu - what a waste of time and effort

Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with how TDCX Cebu handled the hiring and training process.

We spent hours completing assessments, going through interviews, requirements, and even the extremely tedious WAH validation process. We invested our time, money, effort, and energy because we were led to believe that there was an actual opportunity waiting for us.

Then suddenly, an entire wave of people were purposely failed during training because TDCX needs to reprofile their existing regular employees from Project Home after the account closed?

Ang grabe ka kuti sa process, and applicants had to spend their own time and resources just to comply with everything. Some of us could have spent that time applying to other companies and pursuing opportunities that were actually available.

Nangita na lang unta mi’g laing opportunity.

And honestly, if the reason is really that the account became overstaffed, that’s something that should have been communicated properly. Applicants deserve transparency. People shouldn’t have to go through the entire recruitment process, get hired, start training, and then suddenly be told they did not pass when in fact they simply need to reprofile their other employees.

Murag sayang kaayo tanan.

Merisi nag-close na inyong Project Home. Maayo unta mag-close na pud na inyong Project Fruit.

TDCX really needs to do better when it comes to recruitment planning and communication. Don’t advertise massive hiring if you don’t actually have enough available positions for the people you’re bringing in.

You didn’t just waste our time, you potentially made us miss other job opportunities because we were committing to your process.
And then people wonder why there are so many negative reviews and feedback online.

Applicants deserve better communication, transparency, and respect for their time. 🙂
