Took .12g last Friday. Want to take it again this Friday. Is that too soon and does it risk building a tolerance to it ?

As the title says, how would one go about taking mdma solo. I’ve heard it’s the worst possible drug to take alone but is that always true. Curious to hear others’ take on it
