LO is seven months today and I need sleep 😭
She falls asleep independently which is the polar opposite of my son. We sleep trained my son because he relied on bouncing to fall asleep and he slept great!

I don’t know how to go about sleep training LO because she falls asleep on her own and quickly! She is having trouble connecting her sleep cycles every three hours. The thought of Ferber at 2 am sounds awful 😭

She has about 28 oz during the day & two puree feeds. We have been decreasing the amount of milk her bottle at night and she is currently doing 3oz each feed

Advise is greatly appreciated
