Marketplace Fuji bike $150

Hi, I want to get into biking and commuting to work and school mainly on roads and I’m just trying to find something used on marketplace. Is this bike worth it for $150? The description says brand new seat, tires, gear shifters, some scratches on the frame. Any advice would be appreciated?
