Hi everybody im currently taking a tax class at uni and im a little stuck on this tax return question. Im pretty sure i did this right but if someone could look at my figures at let me know if i have the right answers that would be great. the thing confusing me is alimony im assuming i put it on the schedule 1 and then carry it over to the 1040 on line 8 with the net loss from rental income but im not sure because im getting conflicting information about it. please dont just give me the correct figures just let me know if im right or wrong.
