Does anyone use the projects yet?

I just started one tonight about helping me create a coloring book for print. I am not completely familiar with it yet. There’s not a lot of explanation in the app to understand. Do any of you use projects and if so, how is it going for you? I’m just curious what it’s all about for sure.

ETA: After reading all these. I think I need to figure out using it more to make my life more simple.

If you have a degree, how often do you have to provide proof?

I’ve never been asked to show any degrees. I don’t know anyone who has had to show their degree. How often and what cases are you having to provide proof?

My first ferment of two jars of watermelon rind.

I cut up and prepared two jars of watermelon rind.

- I used a 2% salt solution of 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt to 1 cup water only, nothing else is in the jars, however, I did mix the solution in the same measuring cup and poured over both

- the rind is from the same watermelon cut up the same day, at the same time

- I used marbles in a ziplock as weights

- both jars were prepared at the same time.

- both jars have been fermenting for 5 days

- Jar 1 has bubbles and is getting tangy and the rind is still crisp

- Jar 2 has bubbles, but is not getting tangy and is getting less crisp with each passing day

I prefer Jar 1.
What could have possibly happened?
Could it have gotten more salt or some other reason?
Am I supposed to dissolve the salt in the water before pouring over? I did not do that.

Can you give me examples of sayings or one-liners that are meant to be funny that aren’t, after you get to know a person?

I knew a guy that would say “Remember Jesus forgives, but I don’t” when he would leave a situation. Now that I know him I think he was actually warning people not to talk shit about him. Do yall have examples of this?
