Lady at my regular store gave me this. What is it?

So I’ve managed to get away from the 7 pain and finally feel basically normal again after the last week. Lady at my gas station gave this to me for free. My self control was still super weak and I left the store with it. But wtf is it? Did some research here and people are saying it’s a dissociative effects but it looks like it’s just lions main and B vitamins. I’m 40 yo with a family, just escaped 7oh and could use a euphoric pick me up, but no fucking way am I about to start fucking with something that’s going to give me an out of body experience. But on the same coin, I know the ingredients are all snake oil. So wtf is this and should I toss it?

Tried Cat Claw today - it was bunk

After seeing a few posts here and there, I happened to chance across some cat’s claw extract at one of my local shops. I was a little nervous about trying it bc I’ve only ever messed with Kratom, but I figured it may actually help me to taper off. Well, the pack was a dud. Package said to give it about two hours, so I did. I took half a tablet, gave it about 3 1/2 hours and took another one. Felt absolutely nothing. I won’t try it again so maybe that’s a sign from God, or a blessing. I’m sure it’s hitting for some people in some states where 7oh is banned, but in my state, it’s probably just literal bark extract as advertised.
