Hi all,
I paid tickets for rolling loud Thailand 2025 + Rolling Loud Australia 2026, unfortunately both events got cancelled and still waiting on a refund 5-8 months later. I have attempted to follow up with the merchant (ticketmelon) yet no response. Multiple people have gotten their refunds through “chargebacks by disputing with their banks” but yet Wise fails to deliver this. I have provided evidence etc yet no luck! Any advice on what to do next? 1K was also spent 🥲

Has anyone received their refund for Thailand and Australia rolling loud?? I have tried emailing - no luck + tried reversing with my bank but they voiced it’s up to Ticketmelon to refund my money.
