MU System RTO count down is on

With the RTO mandate coming up, I'm curious if anyone knows how many remote work requests were approved versus denied. It seems like that information should be available through a Sunshine Law request?

Our entire department was impacted. We had been operating in a hybrid environment with shared office space, adjusted our footprint accordingly, and now have enough desks for everyone. Despite that, no remote work exceptions were requested for our team.

At the same time, I've heard of positions being approved for remote work in campus departments, including employees who don't want to commute from Jefferson City and some who live out of state. I've even heard of departments with available office space still position approvals for full time staff.

Has anyone actually heard of a remote work request being denied?

Maybe there's a rationale I'm missing, but it's going to be hard not to get frustrated if I'm sitting in the office on Teams calls with someone working remotely from Colorado in a position that could just as easily be filled locally.

Kliethermes Construction: Does anyone know who their designer was?

I already know why the business closed, so I’m not really looking for that discussion.

I just always really liked the design choices in their builds and thought they did great work. I tried to look online but couldn't find a reference and I'm trying to plan the design of a larger scope remodel.

Does anyone know who their designer was or where they ended up after the company closed?
