Finding 700c rims (36H) in Lahore for a vintage bike build?

Asalam-o-Alaikum,

I’m currently restoring a vintage Miyata bicycle and converting it from old 27-inch wheels to a modern 700c setup.

I need to find a solid pair of 700c aluminum rims. Crucially, the rear rim must be 36-hole (36H) because I am lacing it onto a Shimano Nexus 8-speed internal gear hub.

  1. Does anyone know a reliable shop in Lahore (besides Cycle Mania) that keeps good stock of standalone 700c 36H rims?
  2. Any recommendations for a highly skilled wheel builder/ustad in Neela Gumbad who can lace an internal gear hub perfectly?
