I heard that Apple sometimes replaces iPhone batteries free of cost if the battery is swollen or becomes a safety issue.

My iPhone 13 battery health has come down close to 70% and I am from Hyderabad. Wanted to know if anyone here has actually got a free battery replacement from Apple or authorized service center after battery health dropped badly.

Did they check only battery health percentage or physical swelling also?Any charges taken?

Also which service center in Hyderabad gave good experience and genuine support?
