Recently moved from Rivals and struggling.

I am a tank main who recently got into Overwatch. I was peak Celestial 3 in season 7 (top 1.5%) and am regularly in GM (top 5%). I recently got into Overwatchnbut I am struggling a lot. I finished my placements and got Gold 4 on tank and its been hell since then. I cant seem to climb ranked but have deranked to silver 2. I play in SEA for context. Every game I am not doing bad but I cant seem to come up with the extra oomph to win. And my teammates dont seem to be much of an help either. I am usually playin Winton or Hog and I can carry pretty easily on Winton but I still lose, mind you I do not have the best aim so I rely on my game sense a lot. Its like I win 2 and then I get hit by bad teammates while the other team is stacked. Its making me tilt im games with the constant tank switch remarks in chat. I would appreciate some tips and tricks so I dont lose my sanity. Thank you!
