So what does it mean when a guy keeps giving you puppy eyes (never talked irl btw) but online you're like the closest friends (or a situationship no clue)

I broke things off with the guy I'm talking to because I felt bad and I stopped feeling It when I broke things off with the guy he said that I don't deserve anything good he did (which is nothing but late nights talk and devotion which I appreciate but that's the bare minimum btw) but like that was immature and am I in the wrong or anything he always made me feel pressured and I ended stuff with him because he started acting childish at some point and we've been talking for like a month and a half so there's no need to be like this I'm naturally a distant person and he's sensitive I really meant no harm but he was really rude he didn't show any respect and I was nothing but nice to him? Like I told him I don't feel this working out because I am distant and I have a lot of studies (they're really important and I know he'll distract me I literally failed an exam because of him once) and when I told him these stuff he was like you're throwing all this away like he didn't validate my feelings more respected them (and part of my reasons is because I realized I still have feelings for my ex situationship and I didn't want to lead him on while my heart is with someone else)

I've been talking to this guy (got introduced by friends) okay and we're something serious now I don't know how but it happened I know I might get hate for this but guys please understand me this guy is sweet nice and all but I think im still in love with my situationship but I don't know what to do because one I'm not sure of my feelings two because this guy is everything I've ever wanted in a man but well (I've liked the situationship guy for three years and it was intense and we just get along so well I've never felt bad talking to him which by the way I always feel off talking to a man but not him people call him arrogant rude not a likeable person but they don't know him I know him very well i was one of the closest people to him and my mind keeps wandering back to him all the time) and the new guy we've been talking for like a month or something and he's already talking long term which sort of threw me off but ig it's his way or wtv I don't know if I need a way out or accept this or wth am I supposed to do any good advice would be so appreciated because I can't talk about this to anyone irl I would get so much hate because they hate my ex situationship so much
