I’m so confused by Figs sizing. I have royal blue figs from ~2yag that are size smalls both Isabel wide leg and Kade straight leg and they fit me well today…few months ago I bought black Isabel wide leg scrubs but I decided to size up for baggier fit so I got mediums, waist was kinda big but they fit me well. So then the other day I decided to get a pair of the black Kade straight legs in medium to size up, they just arrived and they don’t fit me at all they’re so tight omg. I feel like this happened the last time I had to send my order back and forth 5x trying to get the right size

Looking for advice/stories for negotiating student loan repayments as part of work contract. How did you negotiate loan repayments as part of your contracts. What are your experiences with finding jobs that do this. How much did it help you reduce your debt. Thanks!
