Allstate recruitment process
I made it to the second 1 hour interview and was told that I was the first person they interviewed. They also mentioned that I should hear back from them within about a week or two, since they still have other candidates to interview. It’s now the second week, so I was just wondering if this is normal. I also checked my application status, and it still says “In Progress” on the portal.
I also didn’t really have anyone to email for a follow-up since the interview scheduling was handled through Olivia, the AI scheduling assistant, so I wasn’t sure who I should reach out to. Just thought I’d ask! The position is on the financial/analyst side, so I’m not sure if this type of hiring process typically takes a little longer.
For those who have gotten an offer for a similar position, especially in the financial/analyst area, what was your experience with the hiring process like? How long did it take for you to hear back after the second interview? Thank you so much!
