A friend who is staying at my place for the last month after getting in a fight with his wife has now received the "Don't contact me directly, Contact my lawyer" text after they had one last fight (over text) this week. She retained a lawyer, he has not. He needs to get into the house to get his passport, but is not sure now if that is good idea given the last text. He needs to leave the country in 3 days. What should he do?

Trying to decide what path to take. I listed my Funhouse for trade. Time to move on to something new to play and work on. Have had various offers, Bond Pro straight up, Simpsons PP (I pay and extra $1k), or... wait for a STTNG, which is what I'd really like to own. Anyone have thoughts on which way you would go?
