need a little help/advice pls

i started omad today and how much would i lose by the end of august, i have a flat treadmill at home and i cover around 5000-6000 steps per day and my cal intake is 1,237. i weigh around 75.8kg and im 156.7cm and im 19. i need to be 15-20kgs down by the end of august or beginning of september. i just need motivation to keep going and i also make sure that i have all my nutrition in!

i wanna start doing omad (not glorifying or anything at all) i’m at my heaviest and i don’t have access to gym anymore but i do have a flat treadmill at home, can i lose weight and fat but keep muscle? if i consume the right nutrition for my omad like prioritizing protein and fiber, low carb? does it really matter if the treadmill or flat or incline? would the incline make you lose more? because when i’d walk on both flat at home and on incline at the gym i’d sweat during both if that makes sense.

do oats with milk make u gain weight?

as someone who wants to lose weight i love oats with milk so so much, i use full or fresh milk and im not sure if i should add that in my diet cus it does make me feel bloated but atleast i get the protein and the fiber intake 💔 pls help me if i should add it or remove it in my diet! and if i do then how many g is enough !

some advice/help based on my diet

i’m new here! i have some genuine qns about my diet and i need advice on what all to add/remove or any improvements at all!

i am a 19yo female who is 5’2 and i weigh 76kg which leads to the bmi of 30+ which is obese and i have been going to the gym consistently i just need to get my diet straight

my diet:

breakfast
2-3 boiled eggs
tomato/cucumber/onion/carrot salad
green tea

lunch
rice (100g)
chicken breast (curry or air fried) or basically any curry but mainly protein

dinner
chia seeds with water
paneer OR chicken breast again
berries/apple/pear

this is my meal and i can’t estimate how many cals is this so i tried chatgpt for once and it said how its way less calories and that i need to add more but im not sure what to add! i could add oats with milk but i usually use fresh or full milk but people say milk makes u gain weight so that scared me a bit although i love oats with milk alot!

please do not recommend any kind of yogurt cus i hate it but any other advice would help!

if this can help u suggest better meal ideas i also come from a desi household
