need a little help/advice pls
i started omad today and how much would i lose by the end of august, i have a flat treadmill at home and i cover around 5000-6000 steps per day and my cal intake is 1,237. i weigh around 75.8kg and im 156.7cm and im 19. i need to be 15-20kgs down by the end of august or beginning of september. i just need motivation to keep going and i also make sure that i have all my nutrition in!
