Warlock version of Ammo Man, two flavors

I saw that post about double ammo gen armor set bonuses and thought it was neat, so I wondered if I could figure out a way to make even more, almost excessive amounts of ammo, and after trying exactly one build, decided it was good enough to share.

If you aren't familiar and didn't see the other post, Oryx's Memory grants increased ammo meter progress on powerful enemy kills, Crystocrene spawns an Orb and grants ammo meter progress for kills every 12 seconds, combining for a lot of ammo generation.

This Warlock version uses Cenotaph Mask, which makes Heavy for allies and Special for me, so I can run Heavy Finder and Special Scout to make Heavy for me and Special for allies. Empowering Rift is also on because it increases ammo gen while you're standing in it.

Subclass configuration is mostly to geared towards debuff application because I'm trying to be a helpful fella here today.

On Wavesplitter I go for an ammo gen mod on the chestpiece too, to push the ammo gen to 100 on the Splitter, and go for Bricks from Beyond for even more ammo. It might not be necessary but NPA does carry a lot of other Void support too, which is nice. That said, I love Harsh Refraction and Tablet of Ruin would work great here too. Attrition Orbs + Siphon also generates an alarming amount of Orbs just from holding down M1 and walking at enemies with Wavesplitter.

On Microcosm, Kinetic Synthesis benefits the Trace and Threat Level with All-Star, and you get the benefits of Facet of Grace to farm Transcendence with all the Kinetic damage going out, and deals somewhat passable damage to bosses in those activities.

You could swap Artifacts and run Prometheus Lens (which has 100 base ammo gen) for more Solar emphasis, I just like Wavesplitter and its really good.

With a Scavenger on, I generate way, WAY more ammo than I could ever use and pull off really solid ad clear for a build that started mostly as a joke for me.

Lorentz Driver shows signs of life in the year of our Traveler 2026.

I know the screenshot is kind of ass for communicating what I'm doing but just hear me out for a second okay?

This isn't really a serious, hard meta Voidwalker build, but I've always been entertained by Lorentz Driver's ability to hard CC enemies into a small radius in exchange for you, the dear player, putting in like no effort whatsoever. This has mostly been a novelty, and the gun didn't really even see significant PvE use back during Season of the Lost when the most eyes were on it.

But nowadays, it can pull off a really funny interaction with a little bit of gearing. With the four piece Eutechnology armor set bonus, picking up a Void Breach causes your next Void weapon final blow to create a large Void explosion. Coincidentally, Old God's Rite is a similar AoE Void effect, also triggered by landing a kill after picking up a Void Breach.

Child of the Old Gods flies out to enemies when you damage them, but sometimes has an issue with deploying when you one-shot enemies, which would be a problem for this build concept, except for the fact that Lorentz is goated and it can kill an enemy outright BUT still deploy the boy because the EM Anomaly it creates ticks the nearby enemies for 2 damage, and it reliably triggers the Child in my experience.

So you pick up a Breach, and then one headshot from a linear fusion that fires fridge-sized bullets can now trigger four AoE Void effects, Suppress and Weaken the crowd, and none of that accounts for Volatile Rounds or throwing grenades into the mix as well.

It actually has great ammo economy if you place your shots well because of Lagrangian Sight refunding ammo, and it's pretty fun with Briarbinds because you can keep picking up your boy and repeat the cycle on new groups of ads. That said, I'm sure it'd work just fine on something like Nezarec's Sin or Contraverse or Manacles or whatever you're into. If you're looking to run it yourself, lean into having uptime on a source of Weaken to create Breaches, like a Demoralize machine gun or Echo of Undermining Grenades, and mods to boost class ability regen to have more Void Souls couldn't hurt.

Also P.S. : remember to have fun, even if its not with this build. Not sure about you guys but making weird shit like this is a lot of what I truly loved about this game, and more weird shit is viable than ever before.

Edit: it was Eutech not Techeun's Regalia my bad lole
