Ordered from Nykaa Fashion
I made a mistake of ordering products from Nykaa fashion on 13th May (4 products / clothing, total price 1902 rs) they delivered the wrong product (2 clothes that someone else might have ordered) on 15th May. I’ve wrote emails to them, called them on support number but nothing. Today they assigned me the same ticket number that they assigned on 16th May - which was about internal inquiry. 22nd May is the last day to return the items, but how can I return it the delivery person will reject it. I don’t know what to do, I just feel extremely bad, it’s around 2k I can’t just let it go. Yesterday the customer support girl hung up on me I tried calling again through a different number but it never connected so not sure if she really hung up on me or what. I’m also going on vacation from 22nd (which also the last day to return products) not sure what to do as I will be back on 1st June
Please excuse my grammatical/ written mistakes I don’t have the energy to run this through AI. Consider this as a rant and if you have any advice I’ll be more than thankful.
