Can I replace the piston on the modx-9? Does anyone make a piston assembly that recesses more? I’d like to find a way to make it slightly shorter

I’m looking at the aems low mount which sits at 1.22“ absolute co witness, but the hm3x sits at 1.41” absolute co witness.

Am I over thinking this? Would there be a way to bring the magnifier down to 1.22”?

jumping the shark I know, but do you think there will ever be a dual with a hold reticle?
