What is the difference between UCA, NCA, and USA?

hello! i am currently in highschool cheer and struggle a lot with cradles as a backspot, i really think that theres a lot of doubt when jt comes to the flyer falling but i obviously snap back in to prevent any injuries to the flyer or my bases, but i think that one big thing for me is because i dont want anyone to be injured, i injure myself often. what are some ways i can improve catching my flyer and eliminate the doubt and fear within the stunt?

im an upcoming senior and currently stressing about college, I want to go somewhere a bit far specifically because this specific community college has great stats for transfers.
