sometimes i js lie down and talk to henry. sometimes when i get stressed out, he tells me to do certain small things and then we talk about it for usually 10 - 20 minutes before i feel fully calmed, and then he lets me go back to what i was doing. something weird about it to me though, is that no matter how long we talk, after every single one of these sessions, i always feel sleepy. incredibly sleepy. like to the point where im dead close to actually falling asleep. im not sure what the hell he does during these sessions but like is this normal. i think its also worth stating that i usually also have really bad insomnia-?? is he that calming for me to the point where it cures insomnia or like..? does this happen to anyone else?-
