Launchkey MK4 Mini → 49/61 upgrade: is mid-range velocity actually easier to control?

Hello!
I am currently using the Novation Launchkey Mini 37 MK4. My main frustration: I can't hit mid-range velocity consistently — it's basically either soft or loud, nothing in between. Playing instruments like Native Instruments Komplete Upright bass where the fret noise triggers at high velocity, it's hard to stay in the "clean" range without being too quiet.

Anyone who's gone from the Mini to the 49 or 61 — did the semi-weighted full-size keys genuinely improve your control over medium velocity? Or is it still a binary feel, just with a different weight?

Not looking to jump to Arturia KeyLab or Native Instruments — I'm aware of those options, but right now I'm specifically interested in this Mini vs full-size Launchkey comparison.

Does Native Instruments respond to support requests on the website?

Hello! I bought a used Native Instruments Komplete license from Knobcloud.

I bought it on last week on Wednesday evening. Native instruments still hasn't responded to the seller about the transfer request. Is this normal practice?

First I got an auto response from an AI robot, which didn't help at all, then there's silence.

I sent my support ticket to Native instruments on Sunday about this issue, no response either.

How long have you had to wait for Native instruments support to respond? Is it always this bad?

How are you doing with support communication now?
Does Native Instruments respond to support requests on the website? Is there another communication channel that can be used?
