I am 25, from the UK, and have no idea what products are good anymore. I used to wear makeup quite frequently until about 5 years ago where I became chronically ill and didn't have the energy to do it. I am still disabled but at a point where I am able to manage my energy better, and I miss experimenting with it. I also have a wedding I am going to on Saturday that I want to look nice for. All my products are wildly out of date, and I am keen to buy new stuff. Thing is, I don't know what is good anymore, and the sheer amount of options are overwhelming. So, I am looking for recommendations that won't break the bank.

Things I really have no idea about are foundation, concealer, primer and brushes/applicators. I have combination skin I think ?? I have never been quite sure lol. I am very pale and a redhead, as you can see in my selfie. I think ideally I want my skin to look natural rather than flawless, but there is some uneven tone I want to sort out. I have always struggled with that crusty, cracked texture around and on my nose, especially as I wear glasses. Oh, and I am also looking for a good ginger eyebrow pencil that isn't just neon orange would be amazing, especially as my natural brows are a transluscent blonde! Any recommendations are welcome, and TIA!!!
