Manual saves don't work. it will only go from checkpoint. Any workaround or fix?

I've tried many things but no luck launching with RazeXR. ive seen it's been an issue but can't see a fix. Any help?

FIXED- Put shadow warrior files into raze folder and NOT shadow warrior folder.

Also if any issues with blood. I used the blood121 folder. Copy ALL contents into blood folder to work.

Any idea how long tooth has. Been advised to keep as is until problems. Wisdom tooth caused it but can't remove due to nerve. What are my options.
