Every two or three years i have to make an 3 month treatment of Topiramate, and i don't remember what can i expect the first days... i feel very full, and i'm on 12,5mg starting for going later on 25mg permanently

Buenos días! En unos días viajo a Santiago desde Argentina y, como todos, estoy ajustada con mi presupuesto asi que estoy planificando. Me podrían decir de manera aproximada:

1. De que maneras se puede pagar virtualmente (billeteras virtuales)? Solo tengo conocimiento de MercadoPago y billeteras virtuales de bancos acá en Argentina.
2. Cuanto vale un almuerzo ejecutivo (de tres pasos)?
3. Cuanto vale desayunar con compras de despensa? Un café, leche en polvo, té, edulcorante, azucar, pan, etc

Si tienen algun otro dato o sugerencia con tema dinero u otros temas es ampliamente bienvenido!! Gracias

hola! soy de argentina y voy a viajar por primera vez a santiago. de todas maneras no creo que me quede en santiago sino en providencia o ñuñoa por los precios. viajo a principios de agosto y me gustaría saber algunas cosas (si quieren poner en CLP o USD no hay problema, yo hago las conversiones):

1- cuanto cuesta aproximadamente una compra en el supermercado para menos de una semana? 2- cuanto abrigo llevo? 3- existe una tarjeta o app para transporte publico? hay colectivos/bus/subte/metro? 4- si yo salgo a comer en la noche, cuando me sale? 5- existen lugares para rentar autos o rent-a-car? 6- ojalá no suene estereotipado pero amo 31 minutos y no sé si hay algun museo o algun lugar tematico para visitar 😂🫶 7- otro consejo, sugerencia?

me parece una buena opcion para merendar o sumar en el día y me compré la AMPK protein de frutilla. alguna tiene consejos para tomar? con que queda mejor? etc <3

I'm F23 and have migraines with aura and nausea, but barely headache because of the abortive meds i take.

at 15 y/o i had 1 per month

at 18 y/o i had 2 or 3 per month

at 20 y/o i had 1 per 3 months

at 22 y/o i had 1 a year

right now, i had 5 in a WEEK

its exhausting

hi, i'm F23, and since 15 years old i have migraines with aura.

along the years, it was 40min aura + 3 hours thw hell of a headache, that i took painkillers everytime (paracetamol)

in 2020, i did a treatment with topiramate which was really good, but ithe effects lasted 3 years. then in 2023 same. in 2025 i had the most stressing year of my life and three to none migraines.

and now we are here in 2026. in this week, i had three migraines in a row.

i don't know what to do.
