So one of the rooms in my flat is going to be free in about a week and I'm looking for someone to take it.

Quick thing before anything else: this is not a hostel. I own the flat, I live in one room, and I'm renting out the other. You'd have your own furnished private room with an attached bathroom. The lounge and kitchen are shared between us, that's it.

What's there:

• Furnished room

• Attached bath

• Shared kitchen: stove, fridge, everything you need. Area doesn't have gas connection so we run on cylinders, works fine

• Geyser for winters

• 4th floor, building has a lift so not an issue

• Building has parking if you have a vehicle

• Loadshedding is pretty minimal here, barely an issue

Rent is fixed. Maintenance and utility bills (electricity, cylinders etc.) get split between us.

Ideally looking for a student, someone near NUST would make sense. Working person is fine too, no issue there. Preference is someone looking to stay long term, not just a month or two.
