Hey i have a tangzu waner sg 2 red lion and I've been using it for 2 months in my phone with a jcally jm12 dac and tbh i couldn't get the expected sound quality from it ( first time iem user). And recently i tried it on my laptop without the dac and it was soo better than my phone ( i was like yeah now this must be the iem quality everyone talking about)🤧. I didn't buy the type c version because i saw ppl saying 3.5mm with a dac is better but idk why I'm not getting laptop quality in phone

Hey I'm a first time iem user. I just ordered the sg2 red lion and thought to buy the jcally jm12 but as it is out of stock can you suggest an alternative

also will there be a quality difference in different dac

I got my device today and when I checked the rgb light in the back of the device there is a slight dust particle inside it. I'm from India and I bought it from flipkart. Can anyone tell me where I should complain about this
