I built a tool to show aggregated numbers of prohibition list data. Interested in hearing feedback and any deeper insights into the scale of this problem. Nearly 10% of the area listed in bhubharati is in some sort of 22A. This is not even including endowment/waqf 22A properties. So, this looks staggerring and worrisome

This doesn't mean this 10% land is not registerable, it just means extra hurdles and head ache to transact them.
