Amazon gift cards have disappeared.
Went to redeem my points for a Amazon gift recently. I couldn't find it. Totally gone.
Contacted customer support and this is the response I got;
'Your account may not be fully aligned with the Microsoft Services Agreement due to automated search methods. We suggest adopting genuine search behavior to lift restrictions'
What does that even mean? I open bing every morning and go through the news feed like I'm reading a newspaper. I'm not speed searching.
Any advice would be appreciated.
