I live in Louisiana. I went to the ER with my friend & her boyfriend.
she had an upper respiratory infection.
I was in the room with her, we were in & out.
I talked briefly with the doctor & nurses about what’s been going on with her & they gave her input.
About an hour after we left, my friend gets a text from one of the nurses there asking if he can have my number.
she instantly felt violated & so did I.
what can I do legally? I know this is a MAJOR VIOLATION OF HIPPA.
can I sue in the state of Louisiana????

my boss is saying I have to be 25 to be on car insurance, and I just turned 24. is this true?
Someone just wrecked her car last week and he got a ticket for running a stop sign & he still continues to drive.
I asked her how can he drive and not me and she said because he’s 42.
My sister works at an insurance company & she says that I can drive the car.
