Finally finished!
I’m very happy with how it turned out! Since I broke the originally broke the screen I was also able to upgrade it to the matte one from the 1tb version! I am never doing this again

Update: How do I approach this?
After painting, realizing i bought the wrong case AND joystick upgrade, and painting again, I finally made substantial progress on the steam deck! Everything went perfectly and the screen will definitely fix itself overnight... right? 👁️👄👁️
Also, the original post was accidentally posted on u/varibin14 which may have been my nsfw account so lets just ignore that.
