Company Equity Tracker: Net Worth?

Just found the 'company equity' thing - neat! I have a few NSO grants over the year, nice to see the vesting schedule and such.

One thing I wish is I could get a relatively true 'net worth' reflection: adding the gross doesn't quite make sense - where I'm at I'll be paying ~40% taxes were I to exercise them. I'd rather see that haircut vs getting irrationally excited by a less-conservative number.

For now I've 'excluded' it from my net worth and manually add the 40% reduced value as a separate account - would be nice if this was automatic; but i'm guessing maybe different tax jurisdictions/areas might complicate this?

Anyone else have any other solutions they've done?

how do you deal with accounts that don't sync?

Several of my accounts haven't synced in years, so my net worth total was off by ~10% from the spreadsheet I've started manually tracking.

I'm loathe to delete those accounts that aren't syncing because they have back-data, but having to remember to add X to my net worth isn't fun either.

Is there a way to do a periodic "trust me bro, this is the valuation/assets in this account"?

I've tried reporting things as not syncing, they don't get fixed.

- Edit: Derp: Unusual_aAd3525 pointed out I can just edit the balances but I didn't see it in my initial perusal! Thanks!

Overly smokey poultry?

I find the day I smoke poultry it's fine, but the next day it's too smokey for me.

Is that normal?

I wonder if maybe I've got creosote build up or something.

Is it true goalies have to be the best skaters?

Obviously we're the best looking individuals, this post is not about that.

But I've always heard it said that the goalie had to be the best skater on the team and it feels...untrue?

Like the skillset is so different, I can't set how this is more than an urban myth?
