Hi,

I'm selling a ticket on Viagogo and someone bought it. I transferred it from Ticketmaster but it stays in pending. Like the buyer has not accepted the ticket.

I'm not sure how it's working, but now Viagogo says something is wrong with my ticket, I'm transferring it,what more can I do and there is no one to contact to ask what's wrong.

My ticket is in a space between me and the buyer, doesn't move.

Has anyone experienced something similar ? And give advice how to sell my ticket successfully...
