Legion 5i pro motherboard died, sent it in and received this email, giving me 1 day to respond or they will send it back unrepaired.
My legion 5i pros motherboard died after 6 months. Sent it in after calling support. Checked my email during some downtime at work and nearly missed it. It's been 2 weeks now since my laptop quit working and I sent it in. I had to sign a paper that came with the shipping box that said I'm ok with it being wiped. Anyone else get a message like this? Seems ridiculous to give people one day to respond to an email and if they don't just send back their broken laptop.
From my understanding bitlocker comes enabled by default on windows, which makes this almost seem like an intentional way to not fix people's stuff.
