I'm planning to travel to China (Shanghai) during the upcoming months and was thinking about buying some PC parts there since hardware is quite expensive where I live.
To give you an idea about prices in my country :
- MSI GeForce RTX 5060 8Go GDDR7 VENTUS 2X OC costs around 490 USD
- Crucial Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 costs around 640 USD
- Intel Core i7 14700KF costs around 470 USD
So is it worth buying parts in China? If so, how easy/complicated is it to bring PC parts back on a plane, especially a GPU...
Would love to hear from anyone who has done this before!
