Is this a good sign? My bread always seems to come out a little dense so I'm trying to leave it longer. It's been about 2 hours (not sourdough. Using fast acting yeast)

Outdoor cat harassing my indoor cats

Someone's outdoor cat has been harassing my indoor cats since we moved in over a year ago and it's getting to now be way too much. We know it's someone's cat and not a stray because it has a collar with a tag and is shaved every so often. It sits outside my window ledge and hisses at my cats (and at us even when the cats aren't around), stressing them out. It paws at the window taunting them, which causes them to fight each other because they're on edge. They've cut through our window screens because the cat has been trying to get to them, they've cut through our curtains because this cat has been taunting them, and as of an our ago one of my cats attacked my leg and I now have two huge gashes because this cat riles them up so much. We can't take it anymore. This cat is acting like we're on its property and it just wanders around the neighbourhood at all hours, all the time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep this person's cat away from our property?
