Where do locals with lung cancer diagnosis go for their treatments? Thinking maybe CA or AZ may be the only options.

I paid off a car loan and Experian took me down 28 points. I only have four credit cards as trade lines now. How long will it take for my credit score to go back up? What should I do in the short term if anything?

Is there a danger of my credit score going down if I use more than 30% of my balance for one card? The card is a new one fron C1 and I am also intersted to know how C1 wouldd view this usage regarding future credit increases... Thanks
