question. has anyone had to pay the $100 day pass at a state park bc we’re not qualified as U.S. citizens or resident? or can we show them our ID shows that we reside in the U.S.

so i got into a wreck, i had the right of way. i made a claim with my insurance as soon as it happened even tho i have liability, i also got a lawyer for my personal injuries, and was told not to say anything. the thing is that the other driver insurance keeps calling me but i was told not to speak to them. they have reached out to my sister via email, and they have sent me something thru the mail. (i still need to pick it up from my sisters home ). i have called my lawyer and they aren’t answering. i can only leave a vm. the other drivers insurance sent me a letter saying i need to get my car from the impound . should i still reach out to the other parties insurance and tell them i have a lawyer i stilll need to get paid for property damages.
