Auto reload on Reddit app is incredibly annoying
I’m using the mobile app on iOS. Reddit seems to be unaware that the main source of the platforms momentum is serious engagement by knowledgeable users. This means exploring post in depth, responding in detail, thinking about answers before you post them.
All of this is directly undermined by the fact that the Reddit app automatically closes your location and reload from the top of your home feed, after a few minutes. Incredibly dumb.
When will Reddit stop shooting itself in the foot and allow the mobile app to remain in the sub and on the post where you currently are for longer than a few minutes!?
