Nice juicy acidity and texture. The aroma of the brewed coffee is amazing, good sweetness too. Really enjoyed this one.
Also shout out to whoever handles their Instagram. I think it’s their roaster. But really good peeps and excellent customer service.
I haven’t seen a lot of post about them but Glass coffee co out of Camden do have really good coffees. I recently ordered a pink bourbon from Colombia and Takara geisha from Hacienda Copey,Costa Rica from them. The pink bourbon was super nice. Lots of acidity and sweet when it cooled down with a hint of spice. Will let you all know how the Takara geisha is when I brew it.
Also this is the third time I’ve ordered from them.
They had a really beautiful coffee from Jose Jijon and the Hachi project Nintai Gesha coffee was too good.
Sadly I live out of the UK so I can only order from them when my friends are visiting me :(
