First-time investor looking for a pre-leased commercial property (budget ₹3-4 Cr). Honest advice needed
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to make my first real estate investment and would really appreciate some honest guidance.
Budget: ₹3-4 crore (part savings, part bank loan) working as software engineer in USA
What I'm looking for:
- Commercial property
- Preferably pre-leased with a reliable tenant
- Standalone building rather than a unit in a larger complex
My biggest concern: Since this is my first time, I want to avoid properties with legal issues like illegal encroachments, unapproved construction, or unclear titles.
And is it worth investing in realestate than elsewhere ?
