Citi Custom Cash requires minimum 2 years of credit history as per CS supervisor
I've just been informed that unfortunately there's nothing I could do. Got rejected on May 28th. Called this number +1(800)763-9795. Funnily enough, just about two months ago I was preapproved for almost all of their cards. A week before the rumor that CCC will get discontinued, it showed none! Perhaps they raised their criteria to 2yrs for all cards?! Figured that if someone with a similar experience shared their story, it might help people down the line. Feeling a bit salty, but it is what it is though! Will try again on Monday & update here. Maybe this specific "supervisor" chose not to offer any leeway. He sounded rude right from the get go!
